Raffy Tima, whose real name is Rufino Dompao Tima, Jr., was born in the Philippines on January 7, 1975. He is a journalist, producer, and presenter in the country.

He has been employed by GMA Network and its affiliate, GMA News TV (now known as GTV), for the past 23 years, which is the length of time that his present network has been operational.
