Rayshawn Lamar Bennett, who goes by the stage name YFN Lucci, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Atlanta, Georgia. He was born on February 16, 1991. He got a record deal with Think It’s A Game Entertainment in 2014 and put out his first mixtape, Wish Me Well, the same year.
Wish Me Well 2 was his second mixtape, which came out in 2016. It had the hit song “Key to the Streets” on it (featuring Migos and Trouble). Long Live Nut was his first extended play. It came out in 2017 and reached number 27 on the Billboard 200 chart.
“Everyday We Lit,” the first single from the EP, features PnB Rock and was produced by June James. It reached number 33 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it his highest-charting single to date.
Bennett’s first studio album, Ray Ray From Summerhill, came out in 2018. The album peaked at number 14 on the Billboard 200. In May 2021, he and 11 other people were charged with RICO.

Bennett is one of 12 people who are charged in a 105-count RICO indictment in May 2021. Bennett was charged with things like racketeering, breaking the state’s anti-gang law, and having a gun while committing a crime.
The Atlanta Police Department said that Bennett was part of a Bloods group. Bennett’s lawyer said that the rapper was not guilty of any of the charges against him. On June 1, 2021, a judge in Fulton County said that Bennett couldn’t get bail.
