Description of the Award

The UNSW Australia’s Global University Award is designed to support international students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degrees at UNSW. The award provides financial assistance ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 for one year.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The award is open to applicants from all countries.
  • Applicants must be commencing full-time study on campus in a UNSW undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program (excluding PG online and UNSW Canberra).
  • They must have received an offer of admission into an eligible program for Term 2, 2020. The offer of admission can be either an unconditional letter of offer or a conditional English package offer (UEEC).

 Application Procedure

To be considered for the UNSW Australia’s Global University Award, applicants do not need to submit a separate application. They will automatically be considered for the award when applying for admission to an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree program at UNSW.

Supporting Documents and Admission Requirements

No supporting documents are required during the initial application process. However, applicants may be asked to submit relevant documents at a later stage. To gain admission to an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program at UNSW, applicants must meet the university’s entry requirements.

English Language Requirement

Applicants must fulfill UNSW’s English language requirements when applying for admission to the university.
