Zeinab Badawi (born October 1959) is a Sudanese-British journalist who works in television and radio. Before joining BBC News, she was the first presenter of ITV Morning News (later known as ITV News at 5:30) and co-presented Channel 4 News with Jon Snow from 1989 to 1998.
Badawi hosted World News Today, which aired on BBC Four and BBC World News, as well as Reporters, a weekly showcase of BBC reports. Badawi has led an annual Nobel laureate debate in conjunction with the Nobel celebrations in Stockholm, Sweden, for many years.
