Three-year-old boys were killed when a driver high on meth ran through a stop sign at 100mph, police say.
There were two kids playing with construction toys when the car smashed through fences and stables and hit them, says the Utah County Sheriff’s Office. They were killed.

After running through the stop sign, the speeding car veered off the road and smashed through 345 feet of fences and stables before hitting the children, who died right away.
An arrest has been made for Kent Cody Barlow, 25, who was charged with homicide in a car accident and driving under the influence after he tested positive for methamphetamine.
A car accident left him and three other people in the car hurting very badly or very badly, but not dead.
Photos from the crash show that the car was upside down and completely destroyed after the crash, and they show that it was completely destroyed.
This is what police say: “The car went off the road and went off to the right. It smashed through a vinyl rail fence, smashed through a five-rail steel pole fence, and broke through another section of that same steel pole fence.”
When the car hit a large cement block anchored in the ground, it “launched into the air, and then came down on top of a lean-to-style set of horse stables,” the police statement said. It came to a stop on its side.
During the crash, Barlow was on parole. Barlow has a long criminal history and was on parole at the time.
It hurts our hearts when we think about the Ratliff and Jackson families. They died at the age of three on Monday, May 2. A GoFundMe page set up for the boys’ families says that “Odin Ratliff and Hunter Jackson tragically passed away on Monday, May 2.”
It was just fun for them to play together in the sand with their toy trucks. They have been best friends since they were little.”
It has always felt like home to these boys. Due to reckless and drunk driving, the families of these boys are now mourning the loss of their young sons,” says the teacher.
