Claude Littner will not be appearing in the forthcoming season of The Apprentice.
Tim Campbell has taken over as the reality show’s interviewer, who has been with the show since 2015.
Who is Tim Campbell?
Tim is a British businessman who, in the mid-2000s, worked for Lord Alan Sugar.
He was Project Director of Amstrad’s Health and Beauty division until co-founding the charity Bright Ideas Trust in 2007 with public affairs expert Richard Morris, a Middlesex University psychology graduate.
Tim has served as a Social Enterprise Ambassador for a government effort aimed at implementing technological solutions to social and environmental problems.
For his contributions to Enterprise Culture, he was made a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2012.
In 2016, he and Derin Cag co-founded the digital marketing agency Marketing Runners Ltd.
Apart from his numerous initiatives and successful business career, Tim is arguably best recognized for his triumph on The Apprentice’s first season, which opened the path for him.
When did Tim Campbell win The Apprentice?
Tim was a contestant in the inaugural season of The Apprentice, which premiered on BBC on February 16, 2005.
In May of 2005, he was able to celebrate his win three months later.
This allowed him to work for Lord Alan Sugar for a year at a salary of £100,000 a year.
On February 19, 2006, an hour-long documentary titled The Apprentice: Tim on the Firing Line was shown based on his new employment.
Is Tim Campbell married?
Tim’s personal life is shrouded in mystery. However, if you look at his Instagram, you’ll see that he’s a happy man in love.
Although he prefers to keep his personal life private, he published a series of photos of his one and only on October 25, 2020.
The caption reads, “Happy birthday, gorgeous.” Jasmine is her real name, not “Mrs C.” as she has been dubbed by fans.
She goes by the pseudonym @j4zzyC on Instagram, but, like Tim, she prefers to keep the public’s focus away from her personal life. Her account is password-protected.
“You’re the better half of me. From your biggest supporter “Tim continues.
Kayla and Aaron, the couple’s two children, are their pride and joy.
Why did Tim Campbell replace Claude Littner on The Apprentice?
The news was made public on Thursday, July 8th, when it was announced that Claude will not be able to return to his interviewer post in early 2022.
Following an accident, the decision was made.
In April, Claude was riding his electric bike near his London house when he severely hurt his right leg.
Since then, he has endured nine surgeries and will undergo another on July 19, 2021.
According to Claude, his injuries was so severe that doctors considered amputating his limb.
“My wife and my sons were there as well, and they chose to amputate my leg,” Claude said recently in an interview with the PA news agency.
“And then they had another discussion about it, and they said, ‘Look, let’s get him into theatre as soon as possible tonight and see if we can save his leg.'”
“And I went into surgery, and it was a long operation, and they didn’t remove my leg.”
When asked about his accident, the CEO was unable to provide any other information.
“I believe I hit a pothole or something similar, but I must have blanked out at the point of impact, because I was lying on the ground the next thing I knew.”
