67 year old Steven Evans is a Journalist who worked for the BBC as their correspondent in Berlin, Germany and Seoul, South Korea. He is currently with The Canberra Times.
Early Life and Education
Evans was born in Cardiff, Wales in 1955. He lived in Bridgend, South Wales with his Family. Steven attended the Cambridge University where he studied Economics.
Steven’s Career
Evans Joined the BBC at the BBC Radio Wales in 1983. He later became the corporation’s Industry correspondent. Evans was present at the World Trade Center waiting to report on a meeting when the North Tower was hot by a passenger Airliner. He became the corporation’s main reporter covering the aftermath of the attack in New York.
In 2010 he was moved to Berlin to become the corporation’s correspondent there. Steven Evans worked as a Senoir Journalist at The Glen Innes Examine, before joining the staff of The Canberra Times.
Personal Life
In 2017, Steven’s got married to an Australian woman. They currently live in New South Wales
