In the TikTok community, a rising star has been lost.
Cooper Noriega, a social media sensation, died on June 9 at the age of 19, according to a coroner case file obtained by E! News.
His cause of death has yet to be determined.
What happened to Cooper Noriega?
According to law enforcement authorities, a passerby noticed the TikTok star unconscious in a mall parking lot south of Los Angeles and called 911.
Paramedics arrived on the scene shortly after but were unable to resuscitate the young star. According to TMZ, there is no evidence of foul play, and an autopsy will be performed. Cooper turned to TikTok just hours before his death to leave a mysterious message for his fans.
While lying in bed, he wrote, “Who else b thinking they gon d!€ young af.” Cooper also expressed his want to talk to a trusted community about mental health earlier this week.
He also talked about his struggles with addiction, which started when he was nine years old.
