What Disease does Bruce Willis have?

For the first time after his catastrophic aphasia diagnosis, Bruce Willis is photographed.

Emma Hemming Willis, his wife, uploaded a beautiful snapshot of the two sitting in the woods on Instagram.

The caption for the shot stated, “Mom and Dad in their preferred habitat.”

After being diagnosed with aphasia, Bruce startled fans all around the world by announcing his retirement from acting. According to the actor’s relatives, he is suffering from “cognitive” challenges.

Rumer Willis, his 33-year-old daughter, announced the news on Instagram.

“To Bruce’s fantastic fans, as a family, we wanted to convey that our dear Bruce has been facing some health concerns and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is affecting his cognitive abilities,” Rumer wrote beside a throwback photo of Bruce, 67.

“As a result of this, and after considerable thought, Bruce has decided to leave a career that has meant so much to him.”

“This is a very difficult moment for our family, and we are so grateful for your continuing love, compassion, and support,” she continued.

“We’re going through this as a strong family unit, and we wanted to invite his followers in because we know how much he means to you as well as he does to us.”

“As Bruce often says, ‘Live it up,’ and that is exactly what we intend to do together.”

Bruce’s family members signed the message, including his children Rumer, Scout, 30, Tallulah, 28, Mabel, 7, and Evelyn, 9, as well as his wife and ex-wife Demi Moore.

Aphasia is a medical disorder that causes a person to be unable to understand words and converse correctly. It is most commonly caused by a stroke or a head injury.
