In addition, two victims were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to ABC15.
When officers arrived, a silver car fled the scene, according to cops.
Three people were detained at the scene after the car was stopped.

As investigations continue, it is unknown whether those involved in the shooting knew each other.
The shooting comes just one day after a 14-year-old girl was killed after being shot in Phoenix.
According to reports, a gunman opened fire on a crowd of up to 100 people near a strip mall.
Eight more people were injured, and two of the injured were receiving life-saving treatment.
According to Phoenix Police Sgt. Andy Williams, the shooting was sparked by an argument.
“Many rounds were fired into this crowd of people as everyone fled the area,” Williams said.
A teen boy was among those shot, but he is expected to survive, according to CBS5.
According to Williams, that injured range in age from 17 to 24.
“Seems we can’t go a day without another mass shooting,” Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego tweeted.
“The clock has struck twelve. Change must occur immediately.”
