Sabrina Annlynn Carpenter was born on May 11, 1999, in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, the United States of America. She is 23 years old as of 2022. She is of American nationality.

Sabrina Carpenter was born to her parents Elizabeth Carpenter and David Carpenter. She was raised alongside three older sisters including Sarah Carpenter, Shannon Carpenter and Cayla Carpenter.

Sabrina Carpenter was brought up in East Greenville. Regarding her educational background, she was homeschooled. She has had a passion for music since she was a child and by the age of 10, she was uploading videos of herself singing on YouTube.

Sabrina Carpenter finished third place in the singing competition, The Next Miley Cyrus Project, in 2011. She released her first music, the single Can’t Blame a Girl for Trying” in 2014. The single premiered on Radio Disney and was the title track on her debut EP.

Sabrina Carpenter was the winner of a Radio Disney Music Award in the category “Best Crush Song” for her song “Can’t Blame a Girl For Trying” in 2015. In 2016, Sabrina Carpenter won a Radio Disney Music Award in the category “Best anthem” for her song “Eyes Wide Open”.

Sabrina Carpenter also starred in  Fox’s The Goodwin Games,  Disney Channel’s Girl Meets World (2014–2017), Adventures in Babysitting (2016), Horns (2013), The Hate U Give (2018), The Short History of the Long Road (2019), Clouds (2020), Emergency (2022) as well as the Netflix films, Tall Girl (2019), its sequel (2022), and Work It (2020).

Sabrina Carpenter made it into the Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in the Hollywood and entertainment category in December 2020. She became a brand ambassador for Samsung USA in November 2021. She partnered with Scent Beauty in creating her debut fragrance, Sweet Tooth, in June 2022.
