Romell Quioto Injury

Romell Samir Quioto Robinson (born 9 August 1991) is a Honduran professional footballer who plays forward for Major League Soccer club CF Montréal and the Honduras national team. On February 29, 2012, he earned his first Honduran cap in a friendly match against Ecuador. Quioto represented Honduras at the 2016 Summer Olympics, making six appearances and scoring one goal to help Honduras finish fourth.

On 10 February 2016, he scored his first senior team goal in a 1-3 friendly loss to Guatemala. Quioto scored the game-winning goal against Mexico in the final match of the 2018 World Cup Qualifiers on October 10, 2017, sending Honduras to the Intercontinental Playoff, where they were defeated by Australia.

Romell Quioto Injury

Quioto was injured and had to be replaced just before halftime in Saturday’s win over Charlotte FC. Quioto set up Djordje Mihailovic’s first goal on Saturday but left the game with what appeared to be a shoulder injury. Kei Kamara took his place up front, and he could do so again against Nashville on Wednesday if necessary.
