Joanna Marie “Pinky” Pagaspas Webb is a Filipina broadcast journalist currently working for CNN Philippines. She was born on June 11, 1970, and her full name is Joanna Marie “Pinky” Pagaspas Webb.

She is a sister of Jason and Hubert Webb, in addition to being the daughter of Freddie Webb. Webb served as a first news anchor for ANC Primetime News (1999–2004) and Dateline Philippines (2004–2014) during her time at ABS-CBN.

She was also the host of Umagang Kay Ganda, XXX: Exklusibong, Explosibong, Exposé (from 2008 until the show ended), and TV Patrol Weekend during that time.

She was a radio co-anchor for Radyo Patrol Balita Alas Kwatro and the radio commentary program Tambalang Failon at Webb, both of which aired on DZMM during the weekdays.

Both programs were hosted by Ted Failon. According to a story from The Philippine Star dated May 9, 2015, Webb has resigned from his position at ABS-CBN.
