Fort Smith teen was killed in an accident in Sequoyah County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Police said that 18-year-old Shilah Carrillo died on Wednesday, Jan. 18 after the truck she was driving went off the road 11 miles north of Muldrow, Oklahoma.
Carrillo’s Toyota Tacoma then crashed into a bridge, and rolled onto its top, according to a police report.
The reason her vehicle veered off the road is unknown at this time.
