Lisa LaFlamme, OC, OOnt (born July 25, 1964) is a Canadian television journalist who works for CTV National News as the chief anchor and senior editor.
On September 5, 2011, she took over for Lloyd Robertson in this post. LaFlamme previously worked for CTV National News as an international affairs correspondent and substitute host.
LaFlamme was born to David and Kathleen LaFlamme in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. She attended St. Mary’s High School before going on to the University of Ottawa.
LaFlamme began her career as a copy writer and script assistant at CTV’s Kitchener affiliate CKCO in 1988. In 1997, she moved on to become an anchor.
Between 2001 and 2003, he worked as a co-host on Canada AM, as a parliamentary reporter, and on CTV NEWSNET, now CTV News Channel.
