Lance Reddick was an American actor and musician best known for playing Cedric Daniels on The Wire between 2002 and 2008.
Lance was born on the 7th of June 1962 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. He received his basic education from the Friends School in Baltimore.
As a teenager, he studied music at the Peabody Preparatory Institute and a summer program teaching music theory and composition at the Walden School.
On March 17, 2023, Lance Reddick was confirmed dead. Reports indicated that Lance died of natural causes.
