The rapper, 44, is said to be under investigation after he punched a man twice as he left a downtown Los Angeles club, according to TMZ.

Ye is said to have become annoyed after he asked the small group of waiting fans not take photos.

TMZ reports that one fan replied with: “It’s ok, we all go through family stuff.”

Kanye is then said to have launched two punches at the man, who fell to the floor.

The reported incident took place at around 3am and in a clip posted on TMZ Kanye can be heard shouting “get away from me” at a woman, said to be his cousin, trying to calm him down.

Kanye’s alleged raucous night comes after he and new flame Julia Fox enjoyed a PDA-filled evening out.

The couple were spotted at Delilah’s this week and the Uncut Gems actress, 31, showed off the huge “cello” tattoos on her back while wearing a pair of ultra low-rise leather pants.

Julia teamed her pants with a matching black crop top and gloves and completed the look with knee-length boots.

Kanye, meanwhile, kept things casual in an oversized hoodie and disheveled jeans.

As the couple left the venue they

put on a tactile show for the cameras outside.

Julia leaned in to give Kanye a kiss on the lips, while the father-of-four grabbed her waist.

The new couple – who met on New Year’s Eve – enjoyed a star-studded night at Delilah’s, rubbing shoulders with Madonna and Floyd Mayweather as well as Kanye’s pals Antonio Brown and The Game.
