MckourageJulius Caesar Concepcion Babao (born July 15, 1967), professionally known as Julius Babao, is a Filipino broadcast journalist, radio analyst, and former talk show presenter for ABS-CBN and TV5.
His most prominent accomplishments include hosting TV Patrol from April 2003 to November 2010 and Frontline Pilipinas from February 7, 2022 until the present.
Julius Babao began his career in 1990 as a production assistant for GMA Network’s DZBB-AM.Through diligence and perseverance, he was quickly promoted to radio reporter and GMA News contributor.
Babao left GMA for ABS-CBN in 1993, where he served as a correspondent for TV Patrol. In the same year, the management of ABS-CBN News selected him to fill in for Frankie Evangelista on TV Patrol.
