What is an appointment letter?

An appointment letter or employment letter is a formal letter provided in writing to a candidate joining for employment.

The appointment letter describes in length the position offered, salary, benefits, confidentiality policy, work policy, starting date, and important information about the employment.

How To Check And Print Your GES Appointment letter

If you made the GES postings shortlist, follow these steps:

  1. First Visit the official GES promotion portal
  2. Then Click on the “Postings” to access your GES appointment letter.
  3. You would then have to “Select Applicant Type” which should be “Newly Trained Teacher”
  4. Afterwards enter your index number and the evoucher code generated in the steps above and click submit.
  5. You can now access and print your posting and appointment letters if you were shortlisted.

How to Check your GES Appointment Letter

  1. Click on CoE Appointments tab at the far end.
  2. Enter your Index Number and.
  3. Your eVoucher Card number in the empty space.
  4. Click on Submit, (please note the reset button is not working).
