Brazilian transgender model Lea T is the face of American hair care brand Redken. During a 2011 interview, the model admitted to being nervous about the surgery. She later had the procedure, and she has since been open about the process. Although she is still young, she is already making headlines as a transgender icon. She was born Toninho Cerezo and raised in Italy. She reveals that she was assigned male at birth and underwent gender reassignment surgery in 2008.
