This update comes later than expected. HMD Global had promised the update will roll out to the device in the latter part of the second quarter of the year but it has arrived in the fourth quarter.

Android 10 brings Dark Mode, Smart Reply, Gesture Navigation, and more features. Sadly, we haven’t seen a screenshot of the update, so we do not know the file size and what security patch is included.
As is the norm, the update is rolling out in waves. The countries under Wave 1 include Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Morocco, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tunisia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
The official post on the Nokia Community page says that 10% of the aforementioned markets will get it today. By October 10th, 50% of users should have received it and all users should have gotten it by October 12.
