The 45th president said, “I am tremendously grieved to inform all of those who loved her, of which there are many,” after learning of Ivana Trump’s passing at her New York City home.
“She was a remarkable, attractive, and charming woman who led a fantastic and inspiring life. She was proud of and delighted in her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric.”
Ivana and President Trump divorced in 1992 after Ivana wed him in 1977.
Ivana Trump passed away on July 14 and her family has already been talking about her since then. Eric Trump is leading tributes to his mother.
Eric, Donald’s third kid, for example, posted a moving message on Instagram.
