Colm McGurk, a hurler and a Gaelic football player from Northern Ireland played for Lavey at the club level and for the Derry senior teams in both codes at the inter-county level.
McGurk has also worked as a manager and coach at various levels.
McGurk, a club and county All-Ireland winner, played a pivotal role in Derry soccer during its heyday in the early 1990s.
In the 1990 All-Ireland final, McGurk started at corner forward for Oak Leaf Club Lavey, which eventually won the game and the championship.
