James Raymone “Bronny” James, born October 6, 2004, is an American actor and basketball player.

He is the eldest child of LeBron James, a professional basketball star, and his then-girlfriend, Savannah Brinson. As a kid, James played basketball and soccer, but his father forbade him from playing football or ice hockey due to safety concerns.

By 2014, James had become a national sensation after appearing in basketball highlight videos. In 2015, James led his AAU team to the League Dallas/Hype Sports Summer Jam fourth grade championship.

In 2018, he won the under-13 championship at the NY2LA Swish ‘N Dish competition in Wisconsin.

He competed in the Jr. National Basketball Association (NBA) Midwest Championships in June, representing the same team against ninth-grade opponents and reaching the quarterfinals. James scored 27 points in his first game for the school on December 3, 2018, in a 61–48 victory over Culver City Middle School.
