Alvin Elchico is a Filipino field reporter, newscaster, and television host who works for ABS-CBN and DZMM. Elchico was born on January 30, 1974 in the Philippines.

From 1996 to 2000, Elchico began his career as a news anchor and field reporter for TV Patrol Bacolod, formerly known as TV Patrol Western Visayas. In 2000,

he moved to Manila and began working as a news writer for ABS-DZMM; CBN’s in 2002, he became a newsbreak (now News Patrol) anchor and then a field reporter. Since November 26, 2011, he has been the weekend anchor for TV Patrol.

Pinky Webb served as his co-anchor until 2015, when she was replaced by Zen Hernandez. He is also the ABS-senior CBN’s business reporter.

Former TV Patrol and Bandila narrator, he continues to narrate Bandila tales. Since October 2018, he has also anchored the main TV Patrol weekday broadcast when one of its anchors is away.
